A slow start but a start

I didn't post yesterday because I was tired but I suppose I should go ahead and post today. I started my training yesterday. I hurt my back Sunday night when I was cleaning up my apartment and getting my boyfriend's things ready for him to leave for college. It is not a big deal, I must have slightly pulled a muscle or something. I find when I sit for long periods of time it hurts to get started again. I did figure out that walking makes my back feel better. I was worried that if I tried running it would make it worse so I went for a walk instead. I did 3.42 miles in 1 hour 6 minutes.

I signed up for a 10K today that is on Thanksgiving Day. I have paid so now I have to do it =P
